ATELCO 5 years guarantee

Just be save when buying a computer ? we grant in addition to the legitimate guarantee you a 5 years guarantee. This includes the standard configuration of an ATELCO computer (case, main board, processor, main memory, hard disk, graphic board) as well as the monitor which you buy included (excepting a LCD monitor). You get the 5 years guarantee if you assemble the computer yourself in our store or at home, too.

Gift card

You would like to give a pleasure to somebody but not allow him to choose it himself? Then a gift card from ATELCO is exactly the right thing for you.

The gift card is valid for all products from ATELCO and can be redeemed in every ATELCO store, while you present the card in the store of your choice. You can redeem it of course also comfortable from home, while you are shopping in our online shop. You can indicate the code noted on the card when you make an order. Then the amount will be drawn off of the total amount of your purchase.

Recycling of empty ink cartridges

Your ink cartridge is empty? Your laser toner is used up? You can bring simply your old cartridges and toners if you buy new ones in ATELCO. We dispose your old ones for you ? of course free of charge.

Delivery service

Your TV is too heavy for you? The computer is too bulky or you simply have no transport possibility?

Then we have the solution: We send the product to you comfortably!

We ensure the dispatch already on the same day, at the latest on the next working day if the product is on stock and if we receive the payment until 16:30 o?clock. You profit from our partial more favourable delivery prices and delivery deductions. We calculate our valid delivery charges for the dispatch.

Already in 2-3 days the product is on site and our team informs you by e-mail, SMS or phone call, as soon as the article is ready for collection.

No problem! Come to us. It does not matter where you have bought your computer and whether it still has guarantee, we repair every computer. Make an appointment with us on site or with our hotline and come to us with your computer. You can be present, to look over the technicians shoulder and ask a lot of questions. If you cannot be present due to temporal reasons or do not like to be present, it is not necessarily to be present. You can simply bring your computer to us. Our team will inform you as soon as the computer is ready for collection.
