ATELCO 5-years warranty

We offer you the ATELCO 5- years- warranty beyond the statutory warranty. It includes the standard configuration of a ATELCP-PC(Housing, motherboard, processor, memory, hard drive and graphic card[no SSD ]. You also get our 5-year warranty, when you assemble your own PC

Finance Department

You can pay in instalments. Our employees will inform you about the requirements for a financing and fill out a credit agreement with you. You determine the duration (at least nine months) and we calculate the amount of the rates The annual percentage rate of our financing partners is currently 9.9 percent. Please bring your valid ID card, your debit card and your last pay slip with.

Under specific conditions you can finance the ordered products also in our online shop.

Pricelist subscription

If you want to get our free pricelist at regular intervals by post, then let our employees in our stores know, or telephone us at our service hotline (01805 / 11 5152, 0,14 EUR/Min. for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Leasing

We offer leasing for private persons and business people with our partner Grenkeleasing. At a value of 580 Euros and policy period of 15 to 36 months we compile you a customised offer - just ask in our stores or at our service hotline (01805 / 11 5152, 0,14 EUR/Min. for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Calling on cellular phone or on other networks higher costs may result.)

On-site-service

We also come to you and help you on-site! Should you choose this option, a technician will come to you and help you to solve your problem.

Therefore you have to make an appointment with our Hotline under 01805/115152 (0,14 EUR/min.) and our technician will come from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 19:00 o?clock.

Charging depends on the expense: The first half hour flat 25,- EUR, then we charge with an 6-minute-timing at 5,- EUR.

Low priced travel costs: The first 25 km flat 15,- EUR, each further km 1,- EUR.

Service in our stores

In our stores we offer you several services as the installation of main storage and software, a virus check and a cleaning of your PC.

The costs for a repair of our technicians in our stores depends on the time effort. We discount in small intervals:
6 minutes cost 5 Euros. But you pay only for one hour.

You can always watch when our technicians install or repair, clean or check something for you. You can also make an appointment at a fixed time for picking up your repaired or upgraded PC.

When you pick up your computer, our technicians will explain the basic functions of your new computer and perform in your presence an additional system check.

Recycling

Your ink cartridge is empty? The toner of your laser printer is used up? You need new ones, but do not know, what to do with the old ones? Bring them along when you buy new ink cartridge and toner in our store. We will dispose them for you - for free, of course.

28 days return guarantee

For goods in original conditions we offer a 28 days return guarantee. Services are not included. If the prices for the return good vary the daily price is binding for the credit note.

Pick-up-Service

For the systems 4office!, 4home!, 4gamez!, 4media!, 4maxx! and for all ATELCO Individual PCs you can additionally acquire our Pick-up-Service with different policy period. Your system will pick up in the space of two working days and after the repair send back immediately. We guarante a maximum time for the return of ten days.

Please note that bugs of software, mechanical damages and wrong application do not fall under this service. We are not liable for datas which get lost while in repair. The 48-hour-service ("48-Stunden-Service") you find in our pricelist only applies only for repairs in our stores. The 5-year-guarantee, you receive with the purchase of your PC, is not included from this service.
